Intern – Design (Based at MAS Intimates, Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support business team Coordinate with cross functional teams Communicate effectively across departments to support daily operations. Assist in the coordination of internal and external stakeholders for production-related matters. Support in tracking inventory, production schedules, and process improvements. Help identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management. Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally. Communication and Negotiation skill
