Intern ‐ Digital Evangelist (Based at MDS - Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the bridge between the business teams and technical teams ensuring requirements are translated into the solution roadmap. Drive analytics projects ensuring business requirements are fulfilled by the technical teams. Research and be updated on trends and changes in the field of data science and ensure smooth imparting of knowledge of the same. Collaborate and engage with divisional teams and manufacturing plants to enhance knowledge sharing as and when demanded. Engage with the business teams to identify possible analytics use cases. Work on enterprise data strategy and policy documentation. KEY QUALIFICATION / SKILLS Undergraduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data/ Business Analytics and Business Information System or similar. Knowledge in PowerBI, Software development, Web development, Data Base management. Knowledge in Python, PowerApps creation and programming languages would be an added advantage Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and design expertise to support creative and business processes.
