Description
Assist in early validation of DRAM products on next-generation processors. Conduct system-level failure analysis, characterization, and qualification. Run stress tests and design experiments to evaluate DRAM behavior. Analyze and interpret data, debug failures, and develop diagnostic tools. Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering, RMA, Application Engineering) and external partners. Support automation of system-level testing and validation strategies. Communicate findings and technical insights to collaborators. Currently pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of computer architecture and memory operation. Familiarity with DRAM circuits, layout, and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys). Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators. Proficiency in Python, Linux, SQL; C# or Golang is valuable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passion for innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or research experience in memory or logic circuit design. Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or product integration. Hands-on experience with layout tools and verification methodologies. Knowledge of system-level testing and electrical failure analysis.
