Description
Perform wafer and component-level circuit debug and device characterization. Conduct detailed DRAM analysis to optimize end-user performance and reliability. Assist with circuit simulation, failure analysis, and qualification processes. Support customer implementation and internal product readiness activities. Contribute to yield optimization and test program development for wafer, component, and module steps. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor processes, Python, and C/C++ (required for some roles). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills and self-motivation. Industry experience in semiconductor or memory product engineering (for senior-level roles). Familiarity with DRAM architecture and validation workflows. Exposure to yield analysis and test development processes. Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
