Join us.   Position: Intern, Electrical Engineering   Location:  Irvine, CA - 100% Onsite   Position Description: DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the creation of counter unmanned aerial systems. The candidate will work in a rapid development environment where the project will progress from design, fabrication, assembly and test phases in a short period of time.   Required Skills, Qualification and Education: * General knowledge of electrical engineering principals * Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering technical information (e.g. drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications) * An interest in aerospace and defense industries Education:  STEM degree in process and educational experience in engineering   Travel: none required   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:  * Ability to work in a standard office environment, using computers and other office equipment.  * Capability to travel to field sites, including manufacturing facilities, test sites, or operational environments. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally for handling technical equipment or documentation. Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment with little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to an environment where inclement weather may be subject to severe changes in temperature, wind, rain, etc.   Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.   Salary:  $27.00 an hour Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training and essential skills.   Benefits: Benefits are not offered for temporary internships.   DZYNE Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
