Intern ‐ Embellishment (Based at Katunayake) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for Embellishment operations. * Oversee and monitor supplier agreements to ensure compliance. * Support the operations team through data analytics and KPI monitoring. * Drive and coordinate Embellishment‐related projects. * Update, analyze and present project‐related data to stakeholders. Knowledge and Skills: * Undergraduate in Business Management or IT and Management. * Familiarity with data analysis and analytics tools. * Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Strong communication skills in English writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

The intern will develop and maintain KPI dashboards while overseeing supplier agreements to ensure compliance. They will also support the operations team through data analytics and coordinate various embellishment-related projects.
