Job Description Employee Engagement: Support the coordination of internal engagement activities, wellness programs, and clear engagement action plans addressing key themes. Talent Acquisition Support: Provide cross-functional support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling, or employer branding activities. People Services Support: Assist the People Services (PS) team with daily administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR data governance. Inquiry Support: Act as an initial point of contact to help route basic employee queries regarding HR policies and workplace guidelines to the right team members. Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate logs of employee relations cases and tracking with accuracy and confidentiality. Survey Administration: Support the rollout and data compilation for employee satisfaction, pulse surveys, and eNPS tracking. Communication: Help draft internal communications and updates related to workplace culture, policies, and health & safety. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. Ability to handle highly confidential information with strict discretion. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with technical tools, with a preference for Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.). Good communication skills in English (pre-intermediate preferred) and Burmese.
Responsibilities
