What You Will Do:
In various projects, Interns have the opportunity to actively contribute to the fields of renewable energy, climate and environmental policy, and international cooperation, gaining insight into the daily work of a consulting firm. Our Interns have the opportunity to provide support for client engagements, whilst building their technical foundation. Interns will be coached to demonstrate business professionalism and an ability to grasp new concepts quickly to perform effectively in the client environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Work on public sector projects on topics in the fields of renewable energy, climate policy, industrial decarbonization, sustainable transformation, energy efficiency and international cooperation
  • Synthesise data into clear analyses and provide fact-based recommendations and solutions for drafting summary reports and presentations
  • Assist consultants in tasks such as preparing project outlines, short studies, evaluations, presentations etc.
  • Support communication with different stakeholder groups and partners

What You Will Need:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years.
  • Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Public Policy, Energy Systems, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Technology and Management, Renewable Energy, Resource Economics, Political or Social Sciences, etc.).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Available as a full-time intern for at least 3 months.
  • Pre-existing knowledge and interest in one of the following fields: energy and climate policy, energy economics, sustainable transformation, industrial decarbonization.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A team-player who demonstrates the willingness and ability to work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Able to work on multiple assignments and show a good understanding of the project objectives and client expectations.
