The Enterprise Data program is developing a fully integrated and intuitive data and analytics platform. This platform will enable Lilly team members to quickly view, access, and analyze data sets in statistical environments, advanced analytics environments, and BI/visualization tools. Contributors can easily ingest, prepare, and analyze new data sets (cleanse, enhance, publish) for others to utilize. Key responsibilities include: Knowledge building data pipelines and data processing solutions on AWS. Knowledge with auditing and data quality frameworks. Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks. Knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Aurora, RDS, and S3. Familiarity with security best practices, IAM, and policies. Agile development experience using CloudFormation, AWS CodeBuild, and AWS CodePipeline. Knowledge of CI/CD practices. Exposure to Apache Airflow, Ansible, and other automation tools. PySpark experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
