Description

Expertize in the implementation of internal communication operation. Fulfill the information service via suitable communication channels timely with high quality. Perform maintenance of our communication channels including but not limited to intranet & SharePoint webpages, Viva Engage, WeChat, Bulletin board etc. to ensure up-to-date content publication. Be actively engaged in the different-level-event management projects. Provide the relevant assistant work and general administrative service to ESS NJ business units. To finish any other works and special projects assigned by Head of Business Support Center. Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good at both English and Chinese writing and message planning. Familiar with PowerPoint, Photoshop, WeChat editing software & tools, good at photography & image editing; video shooting & editing could be a plus advantage. Ability to analyze situations, identify problems and develop solutions. Ability to communicate at various levels with people of different cultures. Administrate with creativity and initiative, always on time and correct. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. University degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities
