The Role The Executive Office Intern will support the design and delivery of AI-enabled operational efficiencies across executive workflows. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to automate routine tasks, improving information flow, enhancing decision support, and standardising high-value processes. The intern will partner with stakeholders to prototype, test, and implement pragmatic automation solutions that are secure, compliant, and aligned to IFM Investors’ governance standards and client-first ethos. The role duration is 6 months, with the option to extend subject to performance and business needs. Your Background and Experience No prior full-time experience required. Experience with research, analysis or administration beneficial. Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Public Policy, Data/AI and/or a related field. Interest in governance, operations, corporate processes. Understanding of financial services beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with AI tools, automation concepts or productivity platforms.
