Intern (f/m/d) Vehicle Design Engineer
Your Tasks
Our international and dynamic team is on the lookout for a motivated people to join us as Vehicle Design Engineer Intern. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Your tasks:

• Assist an experienced designer in developing practical design solutions from concept, through detail design to manufacturing drawings
• Participate in design reviews with all stakeholders from peer designers to management
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for input into the procurement process
• Create technical documentation on existing and new designs
• Assist in actual hands-on tasks such as assembly and testing

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Skilled with CAD software
• Experience with Siemens NX (Modeling, Drafting, Sheet Metal) highly recommended
• Experience with Teamcenter is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, ideally in an aerospace context
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment in a lab or manufacturing setting
• Being part of a rocketry student team, formula student or similar is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (all daily activities are conducted in English)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
