Description
You are joining the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team as an intern with the accountability to deliver (and support the delivery of) of data maintenance processes (design and delivery), data migration, data modeling and the implementation of supporting tooling data, as part of the digital transformation program of Faber Group.    The Digital Transformation program aims at delivering Faber's future process and application landscape. As part of the program's deliverables, we are implementing a new group department (EIM) as well as lead the data migration from the 5 legacy ERP systems into the future application landscape. The internship's key responsibilities can contain:   Data migration * Data profiling; using data science tools to identify duplicates, obsolescence, dependent objects      and potential business rules across all legacy applications * Data cleansing; using the potential business rules identified during profiling to align with      business data owners and stakeholders on data cleansing needs, preparing files for business SME's to activate actual cleansing. User support and quality assurance. * Testing all flows *  Support data owners with pre - and post load validations     Data modeling * Support the definition of the conceptual data model for all core data objects and attributes * Manage impact of the translation of conceptual data models to physical data models * Complete data dictionary with the latest information   Data maintenance processes * Support design and documentation of the so called CRUD (change, read, update and deactivate)      processes for the main master data objects * Support user training and testing * Help translate paper processes to supporting tool configuration and implementation   Reporting and Analytics * Assist in definition of the overall Information Management strategy * Define dashboards and KPI structures * Define and implement Fit for Purpose data models  * Map strategic information needs to supporting operational reporting * Support in user training      and testing   The role will report to the interim EIM lead and is 32-40 hours per week.   We work two days per week on location (Den Bosch) and the rest from home, but with flexibility
Responsibilities
The intern will support the Enterprise Information Management team with data migration, data modeling, and the design of data maintenance processes. They will also assist in defining information management strategies, creating dashboards, and supporting user training and testing.
