Description
Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings. Own and maintain construction specifications, design standards, and procedural checklists for gas systems. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and lessons-learned activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve equipment/process issues and maximize reliability. Collaborate with global peers to benchmark standards and share best-known methods for gas systems. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects using systematic project management methodologies. Prepare project scopes, coordinate design reviews, and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget. Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new facilities infrastructure. Analyze system data to improve performance, gain efficiency, and support capacity planning. Perform root cause analysis and risk assessments to eliminate single points of failure. Partner with vendors to design and implement improvements to existing systems and develop new solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM metrics and CIP items. Strong understanding of gas delivery systems, process flow, and semiconductor facility operations. Proven ability to manage projects and communicate complex technical information effectively. Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation. Excellent organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with engineering tools and software such as MS Office, Tableau, AutoCAD, and SAP. Required: Working towards Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.
