This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Facilities Management, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members. 🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities) • Assist in the day-to-day operational activities of the Facilities Management Department (FCM). • Plan and manage procurement processes, from requesting quotations to service completion, ensuring efficient resource allocation. • Support the coordination, execution, and follow-up action plans for assigned projects, contributing to their successful completion. • Assist in managing, developing, and improving the management system, policies, and procedures to ensure their continuous effectiveness. • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team, ensuring smooth operations. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, supporting the team's overall objectives.
