About the Role: The Finance Intern supports the financial operations of the organization by assisting in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and administrative processes. This role provides hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting processes, and business support activities. The intern will work closely with the Finance team and cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial operations while contributing to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations Support • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes. • Help review expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain and update financial databases and records. Analysis & Reporting • Support financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. • Contribute to cost analysis and profitability assessments. • Help monitor KPIs and financial performance indicators. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support • Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information. • Support audit processes by organizing documentation and reports. • Assist in process improvement initiatives within the Finance area. • Participate in ad hoc financial projects as assigned. Profile: Education: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: • Previous internship or academic experience in finance or accounting is desirable but not mandatory. Languages: • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (desirable). Competencies: • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
