As a bolttech intern.... You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience. You will be working with the Finance Team located in Thailand. You will have the opportunity to… Maintain organizing filing of invoices and all related documents. Prepare and reconciliation input and output vat (PP.30) Prepare and assist with AP for all documents related to employee claims/matching Pos with the invoices for the payment. Assist in month-end activities related to accounting/Finance. Collaborate with all finance function (e.g.,AR,RTR) to ensure data accuracy. Perform ad hoc tasks and support activities as assigned by the line Manager. What we are looking for… Competencies Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Attention to Detail and Accuracy Collaboration and Communication (for reference please see bolttech competency framework (sharepoint.com) ) Required skills/knowledge/current university degrees Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Familiarity with Excel, including proficiency in using Pivot tables and formulas. Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills to handle monthly activities and document filing effectively.
Responsibilities
