Date Posted: 2026-06-08 Country: Singapore Location: SG-01-SINGAPORE-005 B1 ~ 5 Tuas Dr 2 ~ 5 TUAS DR 2-005 B1 Position Role Type: Onsite Responsibilities: - Develop dashboards and create visualizations for financial data. - Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency. - Create standard work documentation and/or flowcharts for key financial and operational control cycles. - Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including credit control, collections, billing, vendor payments, and resolution of invoice discrepancies. - Conduct physical inventory and fixed asset counts. - Assist in the preparation for internal audits. - Participate in value stream mapping and other continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls testing. - Support the General Ledger Reconciliation Process, including preparation of audit and/or tax schedules. - Undertake any additional tasks as required.
