Job Summary We are looking for a Finance Intern (Treasury) who wants hands-on exposure to corporate finance, banking operations, cash management, and treasury workflows. This is not a back-office internship. You will work closely with the finance team on real cash flows, reconciliations, treasury reporting, and lending operations — building a strong foundation in fintech and corporate treasury. Where You Can Create Impact · Assist in daily cash management, tracking inflows and outflows across bank accounts · Support bank reconciliations and monthly close processes · Contribute to treasury reporting including liquidity reports, cash forecasting, and variance analysis · Maintain bank documentation, KYC records, and assist in account opening/closure processes · Coordinate with internal teams for vendor payments, fund transfers, and banking queries · Assist in expense tracking, optimization, and treasury-related audit preparation · Help identify and document process improvements to enhance treasury operations · Support implementation of internal controls related to banking and payments · Assist in managing customer loan schedules and supporting loan disbursement operations for the lending product Learning Opportunities · Exposure to banking systems, treasury tools, and corporate finance processes · Hands-on experience with fintech integrations and ERP/finance systems · Deep understanding of payment workflows, treasury risk management, and regulatory compliance · Mentorship from experienced finance professionals · Cross-functional collaboration across operations and product teams Must Have · Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) · Good communication skills · Ability to work independently and take ownership Good to Have · Familiarity with banking terminology, payments, or cash flow concepts · Prior internship experience in a finance-related role · Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or QuickBooks Preferred Traits · Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment · High integrity and discretion while handling confidential financial data · Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Our Way of Life — The Karbon Values C – Collaborate to Win We win together, not alone.
