Description
We are looking for a motivated undergraduate student to join our Finance team as a part-time intern. This role offers hands-on experience across both corporate and fund finance functions, providing exposure to real-world financial operations and systems. Corporate Finance Responsibilities: Assist in preparing payment vouchers (PV) and journal vouchers (JV) Support month-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations and AP/AR clearing Review employee expense reports in SAP Concur Participate in ad-hoc tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP enhancement projects Fund Finance Responsibilities: Reconcile CSA invoices and verify payments Match general ledger entries with bank statements Validate transfer requests against prime brokers’ statements Organize and maintain fund documentation and filing Create fund structure diagrams for new initiatives Assist in checking data inputs for liquidity and redemption reports Support monthly investor return analysis Handle other ad-hoc fund-related tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Familiarity with Excel will be is a plus but not required
