Your Team Our Finance Technology team builds and maintains the company's core financial technology, translating complex business needs into innovative solutions. We are responsible for the complete financial lifecycle, engineering the platforms for everything from 'Invoice to Cash' and 'Procurement & Payment' to 'Tax Compliance' and 'Treasury & Risk'. As our intern, you will get a unique view into the 'FinTech' backbone of a global business, learn from a high-impact team of D365 and backend engineering experts, and gain the skills to help you achieve your development goals. Your Mission As our Finance Technology Intern, your mission will be to explore the cutting edge of Agentic AI and apply it to real-world financial challenges. You will have the unique opportunity to own a project from the idea to the final showcase. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with our finance functions to listen, learn, and identify key operational challenges and bottlenecks. Researching how "Agentic AI" can solve these problems and selecting one high-impact process for your project. Collaborating with our senior engineers and the central technology group for technical guidance as you design and build a working AI agent. Owning the full development cycle for your agent, from initial design and testing to a production ready tool that demonstrates real value. Showcasing your final solution to finance users, explaining its benefits and how it improves efficiency. Creating the training guides and documentation to help our teams understand, test, and adopt your new tool. Your Story Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. You have an insatiable curiosity for new technology, especially AI, and a strong desire to apply it to real-world business problems. You have a genuine interest in the world of finance and are eager to learn how technology shapes core business operations like treasury, payments, and reporting. You possess a strong growth mindset, seeing complex challenges as opportunities to learn and valuing feedback to develop your skills. You are a natural problem-solver who isn't afraid to ask "why?" and enjoys collaborating with others to find creative solutions. You are a proactive and motivated self-starter, excited by the idea of owning a project and turning a concept into a tangible result. You are a great communicator, ready to listen to our business partners and share your ideas with our team of engineers.
