As a bolttech intern.... You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience. You will be working with the Internal Audit/ Finance Team located in Hong Kong SAR. You will have the opportunity to… Work on process improvement projects: You could assist with improving various finance processes. You may be involved in analysing the current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline them. Participate in accounting system enhancements: You could participate in Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) enhancement projects aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes. Participate in implementation of a corporate performance management (CPM) system: You could participate in financial planning/ corporate performance management (CPM) system implementation aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance reporting. Analyse financial data: You could be involved in understanding and analysing financial data to help the business make informed decisions and develop your skills in data analysis, business intelligence, automation, and digitalization. Support change management: You could be supporting the team in developing communication plans, training materials, and other resources to help functional team navigating the changes. On-going projects: You could obtain an overview of projects that are in progress within the Finance Transformation team to help broaden knowledge of the team and the company. What we are looking for… candidate who: has a strong interest in technology, especially in the areas of finance and insurance. should be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment. should be curious and eager to learn new skills and knowledge and contribute to the innovation and transformation of the Group Finance function. is able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 applications is a plus has excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English) Possesses strong teamwork and interpersonal skills is an undergraduate student in their second or third year of study in a 4-year degree programme. Preferably majoring in accounting, finance, or information systems

Responsibilities

The intern will work on process improvement projects, assist with accounting system enhancements, and participate in the implementation of a corporate performance management system. Additionally, they will analyze financial data and support change management efforts within the Finance Transformation team.
