Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Firmware Test Development Engineering Intern to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This internship offers hands-on experience in embedded systems development and firmware programming. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in developing, testing, and debugging firmware for embedded systems and microcontrollers · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing code · Contribute to documentation of firmware designs and test procedures · Support version control management, code reviews, and firmware performance analysis · Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvements Qualifications REQUIRED: Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering or related field PREFERRED: Strong programming in C/C++, Python, tcl. Fast learner. (firmware, systems, tools & tests) Exposure to AI concepts such as machine learning or data analytics is a plus. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment. SKILLS: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
