Position Overview Graceada Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team across a variety of projects. This role offers hands-on exposure, providing the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and perform receptionist duties (filing printer paper, keeping the refreshments and snacks full in the “StarBox”) Ordering office supplies and lunch for the team/meetings, as needed Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Log all received checks and coordinate distribution for deposit processing Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field: Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment
