In this role you will be responsible for: Assist to pickup inbound calls Assist to handle complaint calls Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc. Docket compilation, prepare service schedule Duration: Depending on your university's requirement The ideal candidate will possess: Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business-related course) Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis Monthly allowance Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance) Location of this branch: Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd.
