1. MCI Reporting Support 1. Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data for MCI reports. 2. Support in ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reports. 2. Communication and Content Development 1. Collaborate in designing communication plans to raise awareness on relevant MCI initiatives. 2. Develop engaging narratives and storytelling around Upstream business’ MCI efforts. 3. Create content for internal communications. 4. Assist in coordinating activities, campaign rollouts according to plans. 3. Activation and Campaign Support 1. Design graphics, infographics, and visual materials to support MCI communication. 2. Assist in creating presentation decks related to MCI campaigns. 3. Support engagement activities to encourage employee and stakeholder participation in MCI programs.

Responsibilities

The intern will support MCI reporting through data collection and analysis while developing communication plans and content to raise awareness of Upstream business initiatives. Additionally, they will create visual materials and support engagement activities for MCI campaigns.
