Internship Role ‒ Power Platform (Power Apps & Power BI) Purpose of Role: Digitize and streamline INSTEP’s pricing workflow by converting the Excel costing sheet into Power Apps, with automated approvals and integrating data into Power BI dashboards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build a Power App to replace current Excel-based costing sheet and manual memo approval. 2. Create automated approval flows via Power Automate. 3. Develop a Quick Quote interface for instant fee estimation. 4. Design SharePoint/Dataverse data model for storing costing and approval records. 5. Build a Power BI dashboard for revenue, engagement, and program volume insights. 6. Prepare documentation, user guides, and handover materials. Expected Deliverables: - Power App with approval workflow and Quick Quote feature. - Integrated data tables (SharePoint/Dataverse). - Power BI dashboard with revenue and program - Documentation package and training handover.

Responsibilities
