What will you do? Work closely with CSS leader, Planner and Operation team Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Collect, update, and maintain Subcontractor and Partner data (profiles, agreements, licenses). Track Service Agreement and license validity and flag upcoming expiries. Input and maintain quotation data in digital tools (Excel/Google sheets) Check quotations against standard checklists (scope, pricing, lead time, validity). Cross‑check quotation data and prepare summary sheets for CSS Leader review. Track work orders and ensure related service documents are complete and updated. Collect safety and cybersecurity documents from Subcontractors. Organize and maintain structured digital folders for compliance and audit records. Prepare simple tracking reports (quotations, service status, documentation gaps). Document processes and suggest basic improvements for standardization and digitalization. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Active university student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering major or a related field. Analytical, organized, and proactive. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working with data, administration and digital tools. Familiarity with Excel is a plus. What will you gain? Responsibilities
