1. New Product Development Project: Lead and execute research activities focused on developing new products related to emulsifier and related chemistry to target Personal Care Segment. Ensure that research efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s goals for product performance, sustainability, and cost optimization. 2. Plan and conduct scientific experiments and performance testing based on established research procedures, including the development of new test methods and related documentation in compliance with industry standards 3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Analytical & Application Teams and Technology Partners to ensure the smooth integration of research initiatives into broader company efforts.

Responsibilities

The intern will lead and execute research activities for new product development, focusing on emulsifier chemistry for the Personal Care Segment, ensuring alignment with company goals for performance, sustainability, and cost.
