You will support the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions aimed at strengthening individual, team and organisational resilience across PETRONAS. This role provides exposure to leadership development, learning solution design and contributing to programmes that embed resilience, coaching & wellness as a critical leadership capability for sustainable performance. You will support development of learning content, facilitator guides and participant materials. You may conduct research and development of ai-enabled platform.
