Subject: Electrical Equipment’s Maintenance Tasks: As per details below Internship job scope (but not limited to): * Involvement with the electrical engineer’s responsibilities & works * Involvement with TA (turnaround) activities * Involvement in advance troubleshooting (ATS) with engineers and TTS (technical specialists) * Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) on all electrical equipment failures within the plant such as troubleshooting on critical equipment failure * Involve in preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance works of electrical equipment in the plants, including involvement in the process of installations / replacement of electrical components * Assist engineers in JHA (job hazard analysis) and ERS database preparation and improvement * Single Line Diagram, Schematic Drawings & Electrical datasheet analysis and findings for electrical equipment failure diagnostic * Involve in in-house Electrical Training such as MOV training, Lightning Protection System training, etc. * Involvement in various projects such as, Unlimited Power Supply (UPS) replacement project, Motor System Improvement, Electrical equipment upgrading project, MM2 relay upgrading project, Heat Tracing project, etc. * Involvement in Major Shutdown/Turnaround plant (TA 2026) * Participation in plant shutdown and start-up activities * Assist in Power BI engineering report dashboard creation * PI Vision database creation * Equipment Condition Monitoring (ECM) analysis to determine MTBF and MTTF * MI studies and sharing with technicians * Assist in updating electrical assets and inventory management * Involvement in SAP ECC6 and CVAWO creation * Tan delta evaluation on plant's transformers * Other duties as assigned Justification for intern application: To assist engineer in electrical maintenance jobscope such as electrical equipment database, turnaround progress & PowerBI dashboard database for electrical as per internship jobscope. Furthermore, to assist with projects or tasks while engineers were on call to attend ATS. With real, meaningful work, the intern will be able to help the organization run smoother, accomplish more, or be more successful. An interesting candidate who takes on the internship will accomplish great experience to use on their resume or in future interviews. Tools: SAP, PI Vision, DCS, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and all company’s confidential analysis form 39hours per week. 1k salary. Advatage: na. Housing: Own.

Responsibilities
