Description
1.Open to candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Engineering. 2.Excellent command of the English and Malay language, both verbal and written. 3.Good presentation skills. 4.Strong in communication skills. 5.Active in extra-curricular activities, with strong leadership qualities. 6.Support compliance with Maintenance Governing document and procedures, Management System Review (MSR), Look Ahead Plan (LAP), CAPEX & OPEX, and assurance frameworks including myGovernance, myAssurance, and ECMS. 7.Monitor the Maintenance OEMS KPI Dashboard performance for performance monitoring and management reporting. 8.Conduct data analysis and reporting to support maintenance and engineering operational decision‑making. 9.Assist daily engineering activities to enhance Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) practices within the maintenance team. 10.Contribute to the development of digital optimisation initiatives to improve tracking, streamline audit processes, reduce downtime, and simplify reporting workflows. 11.Provide support for ad hoc activities, including multimedia preparation, data handling, meeting minute‑taking (scriber), and logistics coordination. 12.Student will gain exposure to Turnaround (TA) 2026 activities, particularly in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), including overall QAQC processes.
