Job Responsibilities: Source and onboard content creators / KOLs on social media to drive product awareness and sales conversion. Conduct outreach, manage relationships, and coordinate creator collaborations and content delivery. Execute and optimize creator-led and social media campaigns aligned with sales targets. Video editing, posting, and community engagement. Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Support online store management. Assist in campaign planning, brainstorming, and other marketing/sales initiatives. Job Requirements: Pursuing Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication or related fields. Strong interest in social media, KOL marketing, and online sales. Confident in communication and outreach with creators and stakeholders. Familiar with short-form content trends. Basic skills in video editing tools. Data-driven with understanding of social media metrics and conversion tracking. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good in English & Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage. Team player with strong willingness to learn.
