JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERN (SALES, OPERATIONS & STRATEGY) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in implementing sales strategies and recommended action plans to achieve targeted sales performance and market share growth. * Support the execution of the Business Blueprint and strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. * Monitor sales and operational performance and assist in preparing reports related to targets, budgets and forecasts. * Support the deployment of sales, operations and marketing plans, including promotional and growth initiatives. * Assist in the planning and implementation of business improvement, branding and marketing initiatives. * Support operational excellence initiatives through process improvement, innovation and value‑adding activities. * Assist in ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, governance and basic risk management requirements. * Support the development of effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and customers. * Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEARNING OUTCOMES * Exposure to sales strategy, operations and business planning. * Understanding of operational excellence, governance and risk management. * Hands‑on experience in performance monitoring, marketing and customer management. * Development of analytical, communication and professional workplace skills.

Responsibilities
