THE JOB

As an Intern - Founder’s Office (w/m/d) at SpotmyEnergy, you will play a part of building the foundations of a fast-growing energy startup. At this stage your role will involve a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities, helping to shape the company’s direction from the ground up. You will collaborate directly with the founder (Serial Founder, former >100M € exit) and leadership team, working hands-on to drive forward new initiatives, build internal processes, and establish key partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to get involved in the pivotal days of a company with high growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects & Scale-Up Initiatives: You will initiate and lead high-impact projects that drive SpotmyEnergy’s growth. Whether optimizing business processes or supporting new product initiatives, your work will shape the future of the company.
  • Leadership Sparring & Decision Making: As a direct partner to the leadership team such as the Founder’s Associate and Chief of Staff, you will be deeply involved in day-to-day decision-making. You will support strategic thinking and execution on everything from operations to market strategy.
  • Operational Excellence: You will optimize and streamline processes across departments, from automation to performance tracking, ensuring we scale with agility and efficiency.
  • Financial Strategy & Performance Management: Through sharp analysis and detailed reporting, you’ll provide insights that steer the company’s financial trajectory, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our strategic financial objectives.
  • Flexibility & Versatility: In this stage, roles can be fluid. You’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats, from conducting market research to managing supplier relationships. Your ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges is key.
