KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in garment construction and sewing operations Support pattern making, marker making, and costing activities Assist with YY (yarn/yield) calculations and basic consumption analysis Help maintain technical documents and production records Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production or technical team Communicate effectively with internal teams to complete assigned tasks on time KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate in Textile / Garment / Apparel Technology NDT / SLITA qualified candidates (with or without up to 3 years’ experience) are welcome Basic knowledge of garment construction, sewing, and patterns Good analytical and communication skills Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
