• Provide daily support to the events team, assisting with logistics and coordination
• Handle general admin tasks to support event operations, including shipping samples, managing invoices, and overseeing gifting post-event
• Responsible for creating post-event reports and presentations, and internally sharing event assets
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to brief and ensure timely delivery of artwork such as Evites and menus
• Manage the sample cupboard and archive, ensuring organization and accessibility
• Conduct research on new suppliers and assist with sample testing when necessary
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure safe delivery and storage of event materials, supporting shipping logistics including label creation, tracking, and customs facilitation
