Job Summary** As an Intern-Global Services at Eli Lilly Services India Pvt Ltd, you will gain hands-on experience supporting various global business operations and initiatives. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the execution of global projects and initiatives across different functional areas (e.g., IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, share insights, and ensure smooth project progression. * Participate in process improvement efforts, identifying areas for optimization and contributing to solutions. * Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. * Actively engage in learning opportunities provided by the company. Job Qualifications** Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, AI, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to break ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses, data needs, and action plans. AI-first mindset: curiosity and hands-on exposure to using AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs, automation assistants) to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery. Strong communication skills in English Ownership and execution discipline: proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Growth mindset and adaptability: eager to learn new tools, domains, and ways of working; receptive to feedback and continuous improvement. High integrity and compliance awareness—demonstrates respect for confidentiality, quality standards, and regulated-industry practices. Experience with academic or personal projects involving AI/ML, workflow automation, or building small tools that improve efficiency is added plus.
