Role Summary The role supports Operational Excellence by assisting in planning, monitoring, and coordinating production and supply activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. It involves collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports/dashboards for decision-making, contributing to process improvement and lean initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and maintaining accurate documentation and SOPs to uphold safety, quality, regulatory standards, and supply chain transparency that protect product integrity and patient safety. Key Responsibilities Support in achieving excellence in operations across production and supply functions. Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating production or supply activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (e.g., production, inventory, quality metrics) and prepare reports or dashboards for decision-making. Contribute to continuous improvement and lean projects by identifying inefficiencies and supporting solution implementation. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, logistics, procurement, and other teams to support day-to-day business needs and projects. Help maintain accurate records and SOPs, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Assist in planning and executing assigned projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Education & Skills Bachelor of Engineering in any disciple Interest in Operational Excellence, process improvement, and supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry. Analytical skills for data analysis, reporting, and KPI/dashboard preparation. Basic understanding of operations, supply chain, and quality/compliance requirements. Ability to support lean practices, process mapping, and continuous improvement activities. Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and focus on product integrity and patient safety.
