Develop Strong News Sense and Editorial Judgment: Learn how to identify relevant news, trends, and stakeholder interests to support daily coverage and strategic messaging. Strengthen Writing and Content Creation Skills: Work on a range of communications materials, including but not limited to media content, fact sheets, leadership memos, employee newsletters, and social media content. Apply Research and Analytical Thinking: Conduct research to support content creation, campaigns, and events, as well as analyse performance metrics across digital and social platforms. Support Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning and implementation of media engagement, thought leadership initiatives, and employee activation activities. Gain Experience in Project and Event Management: Assist in coordinating communications-related projects and events, from ideation to execution and post-event evaluation. These projects would include content generation comprising videos, images, internal memos, and written articles, among others. Build Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Learn how to tailor communications for different internal and external audiences, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration. Enhance Operational and Administrative Competence: Support day-to-day operations of the communications team, including scheduling, documentation, and content management. Cultivate Professionalism and Workplace Readiness: Level up in time management, independence, confidence, and attention to detail in a high-performance environment. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field. Recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing will be considered. Written and oral communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and positive about working in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail. Self-starter and an independent worker. Previous internship or work experience in Communications, Journalism, or Digital Marketing is preferable.
