This role would enable you to support the Global HR Operations team through research, policy development, coordination, and reporting activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects, forums, and cross-functional initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in HR, compliance, and organizational operations. Key Responsibilities: Advisory and Policy Support Conduct legal research and current state analysis. Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies. Meeting and Quarterly Forum Management Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation. Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support GHR operations. Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time. Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities. General Operational Support Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or superiors. Reporting and Data Management Support timely and accurate data collation. Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Qualifications Reading a bachelor’s degree in business management / international Relations / International Business Management. Prior knowledge or experience in Law.
