KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research, develop, and experiment the concepts of the SI and MP models in collaboration with central, divisional, plant teams, and industry experts in order to support continuous improvements. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean methodologies, SI & MP best practices. Work closely with divisional & plant teams to address bottlenecks and performance gaps. Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on tasks KEY QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Management studies from a recognized university Understanding of Lean manufacturing Understanding of Supply chain management Skills in Powe BI Skills in MS office (Excel / Word / Power point) Proficiency in both Sinhala & English
Responsibilities
The intern will research and develop concepts related to Lean methodologies and facilitate workshops and training sessions. They will also work closely with teams to address performance gaps and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
