Intern – Group Lean Enterprise (To be based at Malabe) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with DE team, PE team & META CI team. * Presentation creation support & preparation * Following up with SBUs on data & requirement gathering * Getting involved in & supporting the teams at the UATs * Taking minutes at the meetings & following up with the stake holders * Involvement & assisting in process mapping * Digital Training material prep based on system gates * Arranging meetings * Digital data & documentation filing & 5S    * Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel & work document usability   KEY QUALIFICATIONS * Undergraduate in Business management and Administration, Project Management studies from a recognized university. * Understanding of Lean manufacturing     * Good IT and Analytical proficiency are an added advantage * Skills in Powe BI * Skills in MS office (Excel / Word / Power point)     * Proficiency in both Sinhala & English   
Responsibilities
The intern will support the Group Lean Enterprise team through process mapping, data gathering, and presentation preparation. Key tasks include assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholder meetings.
