Intern ‐ Group Lean Enterprise (Based at, Malabe) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with DE team, PE team & META CI team. * Presentation creation support & preparation * Following up with SBUs on data & requirement gathering * Getting involved in & supporting the teams at the UATs * Taking minutes at the meetings & following up with the stake holders * Involvement & assisting in process mapping * Digital Training material prep based on system gates * Arranging meetings * Digital data & documentation filing & 5S    * Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel & work document usability   Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: * An educational background in Digital / IT related scope or statistics  or Business Management  * Strong written & spoken English skills * Solid digital skills in MS Word / MS Excel / Power Point / Teams / Outlook / Power Bi/ Ability of using Ai tools * Data analytics skills  * People skills     
Responsibilities
The intern will support the Group Lean Enterprise team through presentation creation, data gathering, and process mapping. Key duties include taking meeting minutes, assisting with UATs, and preparing digital training materials.
