This program aims to drive growth and optimize our cost base through strategic analysis and governance. The Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with Supply Chain functions but will gain exposure across the entire end-to-end business within the SEAT BU and the broader Wider Asia region. Title of Hiring Manager: Programme Director, Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) Quality & Supply Chain (QSC) Number of internship positions: 1 Preferred Period of Internship Required: January 2026 - June/July 2026 Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: You will be required to: Cost Base Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the cost base to identify areas for efficiency improvements. Provide detailed reports on cost-saving opportunities across various pillars of the business. Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate current business opportunities within the SEAT BU, focusing on growth potential and operational improvements. Leverage data analytics to assess and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and feasibility. Pipeline Creation: Utilize data analytics tools to identify new opportunities for growth. As an output, develop a structured pipeline of initiatives that can contribute to future value creation. Reporting & Governance Mechanism: Design and implement a reporting and governance dashboards to track the progress of key initiatives and provide visibility to stakeholders which ensures effective monitoring of the Value for Growth program’s delivery and impact. Create reporting dashboards for performance management that align with the needs of the SEAT BU and the wider Asia region. Learning Outcomes: Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives: Gain hands-on experience in a business unit supporting a high-impact growth initiative. Exposure to supply chain operations, as well as broader business functions within the SEAT BU. Mentorship from senior professionals and opportunities to engage with cross-functional teams. We are looking for students who have these competencies: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data. Experience in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or other data analysis platforms is a plus. Communication & Reporting: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and updates clearly to stakeholders. Ability to design and implement clear, concise reporting mechanisms. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and quality of deliverables. Project Management (preferred): Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Teamwork & Collaboration: Willingness to work as part of a cross-functional team, engage with different business areas, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
