Description Number 10 Internship Through the Number 10 Internship, you gain hands on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol cub in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. Inter Miami CF is looking for a Guest Services Intern who will support with the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, retention, and supervision of part-time guest services team members. The intern will be responsible for executing our staff recognition program in coordination with the Director of Guest Services. Also, the intern will be involved with day-to-day operations of our Tour Programs. Additional responsibilities include responding to guest concerns on event days, managing staff communication via email and phone calls, assisting with data entry, and researching industry standards to continue enhancing our guest experience. Lastly, will support our Fan Engagement and Member Services team with additional projects related to our Special Olympics, Supporter Groups, and Season Ticket Members This is a one-year Part-time seasonal paid internship position. Application closes on October 31st. Make sure to submit your application before the deadline. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the Director with training materials for Game Day Staff. Assist with the scheduling of Game Day Staff. Assist the Director with recruitment process for Game Day Staff. Assist with leading Fan Ambassadors on Game-days and escalating any high-level complaints/concerns. Assist with planning operational meetings as required, ensuring smooth coordination of Guest Services. Assist with Match Day and Match Day minus one preparations. Inventory management of staff uniforms, equipment, and premium area accreditation. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Applicants should be recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline or working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree focused on Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration. Exceptional reliability, interpersonal communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays when required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency required. Previous Guest Services, Event or Operation experience preferred. All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check. Additional Information: Start date: January 14th, 2026 Work Location: Flexibility between Chase Stadium & Miami Freedom Park – Fort Lauderdale, FL & Miami, FL. Must have own means of transportation.
