Interns will support activities related to health data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, documentation, digitalization of medical records, workflow enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with medical and organizational standards.   1. Healthcare Data & Reporting Intern Desired Major(s) / Field(s) of Study: Health Informatics Data Science / Data Analytics Public Health (with data focus) Management Information Systems Computer Science   Preferred Skills: Technical: Data analysis, MS Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, SQL basics, reporting & dashboard development Soft: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, confidentiality, time management   Focus areas: Assisting in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of employee health data Preparing monthly and ad-hoc health reports Supporting the development of dashboards or summary sheets for management review Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in line with medical privacy standards   2.
