Intern ‐ HR Business Partnering (Based at MAS Activewear – Biyagama ) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Key Responsibilities   * Coordinate with cluster HR Business Partners to provide consent to release candidates for interviews. * Follow up on ex-employee reference clearances. * Ensure to follow up and provide possible release dates of internally finalized candidates. * Prepare and submit employee life cycle related reports for management decision making. * Support HR Business Partners on organizing employee engagement activities. * Assist on updating the HRIS (HR Information System) on a timely manner. * Maintain internal trackers for employee information.   Knowledge and skills * Full or Part Qualification from a recognized University/Institute in Human Resource Management. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * Sound knowledge of MS Office applications. 
Responsibilities
The intern will support HR Business Partners by coordinating interview releases, managing reference clearances, and maintaining HRIS data. They will also assist in preparing management reports and organizing employee engagement activities.
