Job Description Get to Know the Team The People Operations team focuses on transforming challenges into opportunities through data-driven insights. Get to Know the Role This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore. This role runs from May to December 2026. You will be fully onsite. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work You will develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet You will analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness You will support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.
