More about the role This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Human Resources at a strategic, tactical, and operational level, with a focus on the Pacific markets (Australia & New Zealand). The position is designed as a learning experience, offering the intern the chance to shadow HR professionals and develop an understanding of how HR supports business strategy and people development across diverse markets. During the internship, you will: See how HR links people initiatives to business goals. Observe workforce planning, HR reporting, and people analytics. Learn about diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and employee engagement. Gain insights into local labour markets and HR compliance in Australia & New Zealand.
